Providing Local Audit Sign-Off Services Under the Cayman Islands Mutual Funds Law

The Cayman Island Monetary Authority (CIMA) requires entities registered under the Mutual Funds Law to have their annual financial statement audit certified by an approved local auditor, such as Eisner (Cayman) Ltd. This policy is designed to ensure effective discharge of the auditors’ obligations under the Mutual Funds Law and to enable effective communications with CIMA.
