At Eisner, we recognize that the professionals who make up the Eisner team are our most valuable resource, and we offer several programs and events to make sure we’re able to use this resource to its maximum capacity.
All entry-level employees receive two weeks of in-house professional training designed to provide them with a basis of knowledge to smooth their introduction into professional life. In this program, new staff members build their knowledge of hardware and software systems, audit practices, and general business procedures. Coverage also includes overviews on the many Eisner departments as well as an understanding of firm practices and procedures. In addition, Eisner provides a wealth of in-house continuing professional education and ongoing training.
