Eisner's MentorPlus and Buddy Programs are instrumental in building the supportive, professional community for which Eisner strives.
The primary goal of our MentorPlus Program is to foster the growth and career development of Eisner professionals. Managers, senior managers, directors and partners assist their mentees in developing their own goals through a clearer understanding of their career path and what it takes to advance at the firm, matched to a mentee’s interests and abilities. Mentors provide advice and support to empower their mentees to grow their careers.
Our Buddy Program helps entry level staff ease the transition from college to professional life. During a professional’s first year, it is very important to become familiar with how things are done at Eisner and to establish relationships throughout the firm. Buddies are invaluable in showing new hires the ropes and helping them get acclimated to our firm.
