Walter Pagano, partner-in-charge of Eisner's Litigation Consulting and Forensic Accounting Group, and David Cace, a partner within the same practice area, authored an article which was published in the most recent issue of Metropolitan Corporate Counsel that addressed how in the aftermath of numerous Ponzi and fraud schemes, investors should take more time to understand and assess the risk of any given investment strategy.
