Robert Harrison Authors Article for NYSBA Journal

Robert Harrison, partner and co-chair of Eisner's Tax Group, authored an article within the New York State Bar Association Journal where he provided insights into provisions within the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax act of 2009 which are intended to encourage the purchase of business property with the hope of improving the current economic environment. The piece is titled, "Extension of Increased Expensing Provisions."
