Sally Bacharz

Sally Bacharz, CPA, PHR, is a director in Eisner's human resources department and has over 12 years of combined experience in accounting and human resources. She has worked in public accounting and also has experience in the consulting, real estate and entertainment industries.

As a director, Sally is responsible for several areas including recruiting/hiring of domestic and international candidates, engagement assignments, career advancement and mentoring, compensation issues, employee relations, Eisner's international exchange program and other special projects.

Sally started her career in audit and financial services at a "Big 4" accounting firm before making the transition into human resources. She is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
