Neil Goldenberg

Neil Goldenberg, CPA, CIA leads Eisner’s internal audit and risk management services group which specializes in independent internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance and monitoring, information technology risk, SEC accounting and reporting advisory services, as well as evolving corporate governance matters. He is also the partner-in-charge of the technology audit and advisory services practice.

Neil specializes in developing and delivering value-added services targeted to meet client’s internal needs in compliance and operational matters, using the resources and experience of the internal audit and risk management services group. Neil develops responses to a wide range of client needs, including complete internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, and enterprise risk management, as well as services targeted at specific industries, technologies and financial reporting and operational risks.

Neil’s experience includes audit services to clients in a variety of industries and has significant expertise in SEC matters, due diligence, and other issues related to public companies. Neil has more than 20 years of experience serving public and privately-held companies; as well as business advisory services to both start-up and established entities. Prior to joining Eisner, he served as a director with a Big 4 firm.

Neil is a frequent author and speaker on issues related to corporate governance, and has been featured frequently in national publications, webcasts and on television.
