Rick Fisher

Richard Fisher, CPA, SPHR, is the partner-in-charge of Eisner’s human resources department and leads the firm’s human resource strategies consulting group. Rick has more than 30 years of accounting, audit, and human resources experience; 18 of those at the partner level. 

Rick has a unique combination of responsibilities including recruiting, compensation, career development, development of personnel policies, and budgeting. In addition, Rick is the plan administrator of Eisner’s retirement plans and insurance programs, and serves on the firm’s Finance Committee, Technology Steering Committee, and the Partner’s Retirement Committee. Prior to joining Eisner, Rick was an auditor with a national accounting firm. 

Rick is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the board member of the Administrative Accountants Group and a not-for-profit organization called Penn’s Civilians.
